New York requires every employer to carry disability benefits and paid family leave insurance, usually one policy from a private carrier or the State Insurance Fund, funded by an employee deduction capped each year. The obligation is the policy, not a filing; add its renewal date as your own date.
Next dates
No fixed date. It appears on a calendar under "No fixed date" so it is not forgotten.
A payroll provider normally prepares and files this. Obligare shows it anyway, marked as the provider's, because the company stays liable if it is missed.
