Hawaii requires every nonprofit corporation registered in the state to file an annual report with the Hawaii Department of Commerce and Consumer Affairs by the end of the calendar quarter in which it was formed. The fee is $5 ($2.50 online). Miss it and the result is administrative dissolution after two years. A nonprofit registered in more than one state files this in each of them.
