Jay explains
Washington requires every LLC registered in the state to file an annual report with the Washington Secretary of State by the last day of the anniversary month of its formation. The fee is $70. Miss it and the result is $25 late fee; administrative dissolution after continued failure. A company registered in more than one state files this in each of them.
