A Utah nonprofit corporation files its annual report and renewal with the Division of Corporations by the last day of its anniversary month. The fee is $18. Since the 2024 repeal of charitable solicitation registration, the renewal is where the state looks at a charity: from January 2025 a nonprofit corporation attaches its most recent Form 990 to the renewal, unless it is not required to file one.
