Jay explains
Oregon requires every nonprofit corporation registered in the state to file an annual report with the Oregon Secretary of State on the anniversary date of its formation. The fee is $50. Miss it and the result is administrative dissolution 45 days after the due date. A nonprofit registered in more than one state files this in each of them.
