Oregon requires every limited partnership or LLP registered in the state to file an annual report with the Oregon Secretary of State on the anniversary date of its formation. The fee is $100. Miss it and the result is administrative dissolution 45 days after the due date. A company registered in more than one state files this in each of them. A general partnership that never registered with the state files no annual report in most states; the line is for limited partnerships and LLPs.
