Minnesota Paid Leave premiums start January 1, 2026 at a rate set each year, split evenly between employer and employee (small employers pay a reduced share), and are paid every quarter with the unemployment insurance wage detail report. The rate is set by the program each year, so the figure on the agency page is the one to use, and a payroll provider normally files the report.

A payroll provider normally prepares and files this. Obligare shows it anyway, marked as the provider's, because the company stays liable if it is missed.
