Jay explains
Michigan requires every LLC registered in the state to file an annual statement with the Michigan Department of Licensing and Regulatory Affairs by February 15 each year. The fee is $25. Miss it and the result is $50 late fee; loss of good standing after two years. A company registered in more than one state files this in each of them.
