Kansas requires every limited partnership or LLP registered in the state to file an annual report with the Kansas Secretary of State by the 15th day of the 4th month after the fiscal year ends (April 15 for a calendar year). The fee is $50 online. Miss it and the result is forfeiture after 90 days past due. A company registered in more than one state files this in each of them. A general partnership that never registered with the state files no annual report in most states; the line is for limited partnerships and LLPs.
