Jay explains
Georgia requires every nonprofit corporation registered in the state to file an annual registration with the Georgia Secretary of State by April 1 each year. The fee is $40. Miss it and the result is $25 late fee; administrative dissolution after 60 days. A nonprofit registered in more than one state files this in each of them.
