Georgia requires every limited partnership or LLP registered in the state to file an annual registration with the Georgia Secretary of State by April 1 each year. The fee is $50 plus a $10 online service charge ($60). Miss it and the result is $25 late fee; administrative dissolution after 60 days. A company registered in more than one state files this in each of them. A general partnership that never registered with the state files no annual report in most states; the line is for limited partnerships and LLPs.
