Florida annual reports are filed on Sunbiz between January 1 and May 1. The fee is $138.75 for an LLC and the late fee is a flat $400 the day after May 1. File by the third Friday in September to avoid dissolution; entities still missing are dissolved at the close of business on the fourth Friday of September.
