Colorado requires every limited partnership or LLP registered in the state to file a periodic report with the Colorado Secretary of State by the last day of the anniversary month of its formation. The fee is $25. Miss it and the result is $50 late fee; delinquent status after the two month grace period. A company registered in more than one state files this in each of them. A general partnership that never registered with the state files no annual report in most states; the line is for limited partnerships and LLPs.
