Pennsylvania begins requiring annual reports
For the first time, Pennsylvania business entities file an annual report with the Department of State: corporations by June 30, LLCs by September 30, and limited partnerships, LLPs and business trusts by December 31. The fee is $7. There is no penalty for reports missed in 2025 and 2026; from 2027, an entity that fails to file is administratively dissolved six months after its due date.
