Pennsylvania requires every limited partnership or LLP registered in the state to file an annual report with the Pennsylvania Department of State by December 31 each year. The fee is $7. Miss it and the result is administrative dissolution for reports missed from 2027 onward. A company registered in more than one state files this in each of them. A general partnership that never registered with the state files no annual report in most states; the line is for limited partnerships and LLPs.
