Jay explains
A Tennessee LLC files its annual report with the Secretary of State on or before the first day of the fourth month after its fiscal year ends, April 1 for a calendar year. The fee is $50 per member, with a $300 minimum and a $3,000 maximum. A general partnership that never registered with the state files no annual report in most states.
