An Oklahoma LLC files an annual certificate with the Secretary of State on the anniversary date of its formation. The fee is $25. Oklahoma corporations file no annual report, and the corporate franchise tax that used to be due was repealed for tax years from 2024. A general partnership that never registered with the state files no annual report in most states.
