Federal law requires every employer to report new and rehired employees to its state within 20 days, so child support orders can be enforced. It is an event, not a date, which is why it lives here rather than on a calendar day. Payroll providers file it automatically; an employer that runs its own payroll files online with the state directory.
Next dates
No fixed date. It appears on a calendar under "No fixed date" so it is not forgotten.
A payroll provider normally prepares and files this. Obligare shows it anyway, marked as the provider's, because the company stays liable if it is missed.
