New Hampshire requires every limited partnership or LLP registered in the state to file an annual report with the New Hampshire Secretary of State by April 1 each year. The fee is $100. Miss it and the result is $50 late fee; administrative dissolution after continued failure. A company registered in more than one state files this in each of them. A general partnership that never registered with the state files no annual report in most states; the line is for limited partnerships and LLPs.
