A charity that solicits in Nevada files a charitable solicitation registration statement with the Secretary of State, at the same time as its annual list of officers, so it is due by the last day of the anniversary month of its formation or Nevada registration. There is no separate fee. Charities raising under $25,000 a year with no paid fundraisers are exempt but file an exemption statement with the list.
