Jay explains
Mississippi requires every LLC registered in the state to file an annual report with the Mississippi Secretary of State by April 15 each year. There is no fee for domestic LLCs. Miss it and the result is administrative dissolution after 60 days past due. An LLC formed elsewhere and registered in Mississippi files the state's foreign annual report instead.
