Kentucky requires every limited partnership or LLP registered in the state to file an annual report with the Kentucky Secretary of State by June 30 each year. The fee is $15. Miss it and the result is administrative dissolution after continued failure. A company registered in more than one state files this in each of them. A general partnership that never registered with the state files no annual report in most states; the line is for limited partnerships and LLPs.
