Indiana requires every LLC registered in the state to file a business entity report with the Indiana Secretary of State by the last day of the anniversary month of its formation every two years. The fee is $32 online. Miss it and the result is administrative dissolution after continued failure. A company registered in more than one state files this in each of them.
