A California nonprofit corporation files a Statement of Information (Form SI-100) every two years, by the last day of the anniversary month of its incorporation. The fee is $20. It is separate from the Attorney General's charity registration and from the Franchise Tax Board's exempt organization return (Form 199 or the 199N e-Postcard), which is due at the same time as the federal Form 990.
