Oklahoma repeals the corporate franchise tax

Oklahoma's franchise tax on corporations no longer applies for tax years beginning on or after January 1, 2024. Corporations file no annual report with the Secretary of State either. Oklahoma LLCs still file their annual certificate on the anniversary of formation.
