# Obligare

> Obligare (obligare.com) is a compliance calendar for US companies, a product of Alleviate Technologies, Inc. It computes the federal and state filings a company owes, with dates, fees and penalties, from a public rules pack read from agency pages. The calendar is free to read; a subscription ($190 a year per company) puts it in the company's own calendar app with reminders, a team, a filing record and change notices.
